Devin Crum brings over 16 years of experience in his role as property manager. His vast experience with different types of properties ranging from office to Industrial, even including retail, allow him to be well versed in managing properties efficiently while being cost effective. John Freel has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as Director of Design. He manages major acquisitions, development and redevelopment projects throughout the country, bringing technical knowledge together with design, intent, and focus. John brings a creative knowledge of Land Development and Zoning leveraging municipal partnerships with his involvement as a 14-year city council member, over 25 years as a Planning Commission member and other civic involvement and industry organizations including ICSC.
